After taking home economics in Middle school at age 13, Josh’s vocation became clear. He would go on to win an outstanding achievement award in the area of home economics. He began his professional career as a prep chef at La Veracruzana at age 14. He elected to take courses at the New England Culinary Institute to improve his cooking skills. He would go on to work at many restaurants around the world, most notably La Antiqua Trattoria di San Lorenzo, a 5 star restaurant in Perugia, Italia.

Josh is a vegan and his specialties consist of world cuisine, specializing in Indian recipes. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free breakfast options are available upon request. His gourmet vegan and vegetarian dishes are staples.

Our delicious breakfasts start with an incredible pot of strong coffee or your choice of delicious teas, orange juice, fresh fruit, berries and delicious locally produced yogurt made from organically fed milk cows as well as fresh from scratch baked goods, granola and cereals. We strive to use organic ingredients and cage free eggs in all of our offerings. Our goal is to help you start the day off with a healthy, delicious nutritious breakfast. Once you have finished with the cold course, Josh will serve you a hot breakfast.

Josh will be delighted to prepare and serve dinner for parties of up to 10 guests who prefer the cozy elegant setting of our dining room to the busier, noisier dinner restaurant venues. A 24 hour advance notice is required.
