The Blue Room is named after the physician who designed and built this house in 1795.
The Cream Room is named after an educator who boarded with the Stebbins family in 1803-1806.
The Green Room is named after the industrialist and philanthropist who renovated the house in 1923.

Hampshire College is 6 minutes away, Amherst College is 15 minutes, Smith College is 22 minutes and the University of Massachusetts is 20 minutes. Each of our elegant rooms, named for historic figures of import to the area, features luxury linens, gas fireplace, and private bath, wireless internet service and access to free TV and movie streaming. We have four rooms upstairs and one on the first floor. For additional safety, each room is equipped with its own state of the art HEPA air purifier device which captures particles as small as one micron.
In recognition of Covid 19 and out of concern for our guests’ safety a Self-Serve continental breakfast is available each morning in the dining room. We offer a variety of individually wrapped home-made muffins/breads/croissants/pastries; locally accessed free range eggs, hard-boiled; jellies and jams; yogurt; fruit and juice. Unlimited coffee, cookies, and teas are available all day long. Please let us know if you are gluten-free or have any food allergies so we can accommodate your dietary restrictions.

Make yourself comfortable sitting on a bench in the garden and enjoy the aromas and beauty of the surrounding flower beds. In springtime you will smell the aroma of viburnum and lilac and enjoy the multitude of daffodils that welcome your arrival. In summer there is an abundance of lilies, peonies, and roses. Come in the fall and enjoy sitting under the elegant Ginko tree and tree hydrangeas. The gardens are lush in all seasons. They provide a wonderful spot to just sit and relax or to converse with a friend.
